Using Ovara
These terms apply to the Ovara app and this website. By using them you agree to these terms. If you use Ovara through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Not medical advice
Ovara helps you track and understand your cycle. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Predictions are estimates and must not be used as contraception. Always talk to a doctor about your health.
Your data
Ovara works without an account. You are responsible for your device and, if you turn it on, your iCloud account. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the app or website, try to break or reverse-engineer them, or use them for anything unlawful.
Limits of liability
Ovara is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on predictions or content in the app. [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do, and tell you in the app about important changes.
